Shipping Method

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Puerto Rico and the United States.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: $6 flat rate (2-5 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail: $9 flat rate (1-2 business days)

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $100 or more

Note: Shipping time does not include our standard 1–3 business day processing time.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.


Shipping Address

We ship exclusively to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once an order is placed, address changes cannot be made.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order appears lost or stolen, contact us at info@the-apparelcollective.com or message us via Instagram. We’ll do our best to help you locate your package; however, we are not responsible for issues caused by the carrier.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Puerto Rico and the United States.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

To start a return, contact us at info@the-apparelcollective.com. If approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Returns must be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving the label.

Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

 

Return & Exchange Shipping Fees

  • A $6 return shipping fee applies to all returns and exchanges and will be deducted from store credit.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchange or store-credit orders under $100 will incur a shipping fee ($6)

 

Store Credit

  • No refunds — store credit only

  • Orders are limited to one exchange only

  • Store credit is issued within 10 business days after approval

  • Store credit is valid for one year

  • Items purchased with store credit are FINAL SALE

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Items purchased with discount or promotional codes

  • Preorder items

  • Accessories

  • Swimsuits

  • Gift cards

All purchases made at bazaars, pop-ups, or market events are FINAL SALE.

 

Damages & Store Errors

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery if:

  • An item is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was sent

  • An incorrect size was sent due to our error
