SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Puerto Rico and the U.S.
Shipping Method:
- USPS Ground Advantage: $6 flat rate
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $100 or more
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Note: Shipping time does not include our standard 1–3 business day processing time.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.
Shipping Address: We ship exclusively to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once an order is placed, address changes cannot be made.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your order appears lost or stolen, contact us at info@the-apparelcollective.comm or message us via Instagram. We’ll do our best to help you locate your package, though we are not responsible for issues caused by the carrier.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within Puerto Rico and the United States.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@the-apparelcollective.com and we will contact you with further instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent back within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipment cost will be deducted from store credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded - if applicable.
Orders are limited to one exchange only. No money will be refunded - only STORE CREDITS. All purchases made with Store Credit Gift Cards are FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received an item that is damaged, you have up to 3 days after the package was delivered to report a damaged item.
An item is considered damaged if it is unworn and unused, and presents clear manufacturing defects that render it unwearable or significantly impair its intended function.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories and swimsuits.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items, this includes any purchase made with promotional discount codes.
Store Credit/Gift Card
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit within 10 business days. This store credit is valid for one year from the date it was created. Any item bought with the store credit gift card will be FINAL SALE.
