Refund policy

General Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not accept returns on sale items or anything purchased with a discount code.

Please note: All sales made at in-person bazaars, pop-ups, or market events are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@the-apparelcollective.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns must be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving the label.

A $7 return shipping fee applies to all returns and exchanges. This return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit once the return is received and approved. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, if applicable.

Once your return is processed, a new order will be created for your exchange or store credit. If the new order total does not meet our $100 free shipping minimum, a $7 shipping fee will apply to ship the replacement order. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Please note that a return or exchange may involve two separate shipping costs: the $7 return shipping fee (deducted from store credit) and a $7 shipping fee on the replacement order if the order total is under $100.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Orders are limited to one exchange only. No money will be refunded — store credit only.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if the wrong item was sent, or if an incorrect size was sent by our error, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged items, incorrect items, or incorrect sizes sent by error must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

An item is considered damaged if it is unworn, unused, and presents clear manufacturing defects that render it unwearable or significantly impair its intended function.

If a wrong item or wrong size was sent due to our error, we will provide instructions for return or replacement at no additional cost to you.


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items/ Preorders

The following items cannot be returned: preorder items, accessories/jewlery, swimsuits, sale items, Items purchased with discount codes including welcome discount (ACWELCOME10). 

All purchases made at bazaars, pop-ups, and market events (FINAL SALE)

Items marked as Preorder are expected to arrive on the estimated date provided in the product description. Arrival dates are approximate and may be subject to delays outside of our control. Preorder items will ship within one to two business day after arrival at our warehouse.

Once your preorder is delivered, you have 3 days from the delivery date to notify us if the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if an incorrect size was sent by our error.

After this 3-day period, preorder items will be considered final and accepted, and no claims related to damages, defects, or incorrect items will be accepted.

Preorder items follow the same return and exchange conditions outlined in our General Return Policy unless otherwise stated.


 

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it was approved. If approved, a store credit will be issued within 10 business days.

Store credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued.

Items purchased using store credit are FINAL SALE.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at info@the-apparelcollective.com.

 


 

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

However, items purchased with a gift card may be returned following our standard return policy (store credit only).
