Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This timeframe is separate from shipping transit time.
During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Address
We ship exclusively to the address entered at checkout.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make address changes, so please double-check your information before submitting your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us at info@the-apparelcollective.com or via Instagram.
We will do our best to assist you; however, The Apparel Collective is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal at delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

At this time, we ship only within Puerto Rico and the United States.
